Houston air ducts, cleaned to the blower.

Supply and return runs vacuumed out. The estimate is free.

The run sheet

Most ducts are hidden, so most get skipped.

If your home has forced-air heating and cooling, cleaning the ducts is one of the simplest things you can do for the air inside it. We work the whole run, not just the grilles you can reach from a stepladder.

Supply sideReturn side
  1. Supply register

    Ceiling and wall grilles

The part you see. Dust settles on the louvres and blows back into the room every time the system starts.

  2. Branch run

    Flex duct to each room

Most ducts are hidden from view and get overlooked, so dirt and debris build up in the runs nobody opens.

  3. Trunk line

The main run in the attic

Dust and debris collect here over time, and that build-up blocks and reduces the airflow to every room downstream.

  4. Plenum and coil

    Above the air handler

Mold can grow on the air conditioner coil and filters, raising energy use and pushing spores into the supply air.

  5. Air handler

    Closet, garage or attic

Where a UV light can go in after the clean, to reduce the chance of mold and build-up collecting again.

  6. Return and filter

The big grille in the hall

The house's air comes back through here. A grey, loaded filter is often the first sign the ducts behind it need work.

The work order

Six jobs along the run, from the register back to the equipment

Sixteen line items on the list, grouped by where in the system the work happens. Every one starts with a free estimate.

Return side

If someone in the house has allergies or asthma, start in the ducts.

Dust, mold and allergens ride the same air your family breathes. A residential duct cleaning lets us check for mold, bacteria and other material that’s unhealthy to breathe, and get it out of the system in one visit.

Yes. Mold and bacteria can thrive in HVAC ductwork and on the air conditioner coil and filters. We check for mold, bacteria and other material that's unhealthy to breathe, clean it out, and can fit a UV light afterwards to reduce the chance of it building up again.
