The equipment
HVAC repair and installation for Houston homes
A/C maintenance and repair, heat pumps, furnaces and full HVAC installs, from the same crew that knows your ductwork.
The equipment end of the duct run
A forced-air home has two halves that only work together. The ductwork carries the air, and the equipment decides what the air is doing when it arrives: cooled by the A/C, warmed by a heat pump or a furnace, pushed by the blower. Duct cleaning is our core work, so we see the equipment as the end of a run we already know, from the registers back to the plenum and the air handler.
Our own service list covers the equipment in six lines: A/C maintenance and repair, HVAC repair and service, HVAC installation, heat pump installation and repair, furnace installation, and heating installation and repair. In Houston the cooling side does the most work, a heat pump covers both seasons, and a furnace or other heating system earns its place on the cold mornings that do come.
Because the same crew handles both ends, a call about weak airflow doesn't turn into a guessing game between a duct company and an A/C company. We look at the coil, the filter and the blower, then follow the air out through the runs.

Repair and maintenance on the parts that actually fail
Most no-cool and weak-cool calls come back to a short list of parts. A packed filter starves the blower. A dirty evaporator coil can't pull heat out of the air. A clogged condensate drain line backs water into the pan. A tired capacitor or contactor keeps the outdoor unit from starting. A thermostat that has lost its settings tells the system the wrong thing. We check those first because they're the ones that turn up most often.
Maintenance is the same look done before something stops. The filter gets checked, the coil is looked at where it can be reached, the drain is traced, and the blower and its connections are inspected. Mold and bacteria can grow on the coil and the filters, which raises energy use and adds to air pollution, so a maintenance visit is also where we spot that early and tell you.
If a repair is going to cost more than the equipment deserves, you'll hear that from us as plainly as we'd tell you the part is fine. Call (281) 715-0597 and describe what the system is doing. The estimate is free.
Installing HVAC, a heat pump or a furnace
A new air handler or furnace gets bolted onto the old ductwork unless someone looks at the ducts first. If the plenum leaks, the flex has sagged, or the runs are full of dust and debris, the new equipment inherits every one of those problems on day one. So an install with us starts with the same look at the duct run that a cleaning would, and if the runs need sealing, insulation, repair or a clean before the new unit goes on, we can do that in the same visit plan.
The install itself covers the indoor unit, the outdoor unit or furnace, the line and drain connections, the thermostat and the transition to the supply and return trunks. A heat pump install follows the same path with a unit that heats and cools. We'll walk through the options for your house on the call or at the free estimate.
Book a day and one of our two-hour windows, anywhere from 9 am to 7 pm, and the phones are answered every day from 8 am to 11 pm. We work across Houston and out to Bellaire, Pasadena, Missouri City, Pearland and Humble. The $98 coupon on our site is for cleaning ducts and vents, per unit with restrictions, so it doesn't cover equipment work.
